CANCELATIONS & RETURNS
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of the order being placed. Once we push the order through to production, and the making of your item begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns on these.
If your shoes don't fit, contact us for a one-time size-exchange up to one size. One size exchange per household. Just pay shipping.
