Living in the Pacific Northwest is pretty magical, but the winters are consistently cause for S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder) which means we have to double up on our self care so that we remain healthy and happy throughout the grey season. It's also hard to ignore the fact that with the rain, comes an abundance of medicinal mushrooms growing in our forests. 

Which brings me to this product! This is a cocoa mix that is packed with Oregon-grown mushrooms that are processed in a way that makes them bio-available and easily absorbed by our bodies, along with adaptogen herbs that help all of our systems adapt to stressful conditions. This is a great addition to blend with your morning coffee, tea, or even plain hot water. Add your own sweetener, blend in the blender for a minute, and you've got yourself an elixir that is both supremely nutritious as well as delicious.
